Are we shocked I was at the game when history was made at Miller Park? I am not cause I literally live there.
May 4, 2019 was day that will go down in history. In my book it will be the longest night EVER. It seriously was though. 18 innings of baseball. Yeah, you read that right 18 innings. Thats two baseball games in one night. A lot goes through your mind when you sit in one place for 5 hours. Heres what was going through mine.
Thoughts you have during and 18 inning baseball game:
1. They should really put cushions on these seats
2. Why do they let the vendors go home? It's the 15th inning and I want a hot dog
3. Speaking of hot dogs did I just watch three sausage races and the hot dog won every time
4. Do you think the umps get paid more if they technically just worked two games
5. Why don't the let you drink beer again in the 10th inning and then cut you off again the 17th
Hopefully I'll get to the bottom of all these burning questions. Stay tuned for the answers I know you're dying to hear. Check out this video from the walk-off win in the 18th.
xx,
Hailey
